I have download on one laptop with no problem. I purchase a 5 pack and have always installed on all my laptops with no problem. When I try to install on the 2nd laptop....after installing the download manager it never progresses to the Account User Control box where I would click Continue. It only asks if I want to run or save the Symantec product. After I click run it initialize waits about 5 seconds and the says complete. However the product never downloads.

Welcome to our community! Let's see if we can figure this out. Have you tried selecting "Save" instead of "Run"? I have never heard of Norton being sensitive to this before, but there could perhaps be something unique about your situation that might require this. If that doesn't solve your problem, let us know and we'll take it from there.

I finally figured it out. Stupid mistake on my part. On my first install it led me directly to the code activation screen. On this one for some reason I had to go back to the Norton Device Manager page and click on renew and it led me to the code activation page.
THis is a new laptop for me and it just worked a little differently. Thanks for the quick reply though. I am new to the community and have already found much helpful info.
