I have (2/3) questions: 1. Is there a way to print my login and password information from "Identity Safe"? 2. I have switched to an iMac and need the above info. Is there a Norton program for the iMac that will provide the same service? 3. Is there a similar service from another vendor? Note: Switching to an iMac after almost 30 years of DOS/Windows has proved to be somewhat challenging. "Identity Safe" is by far my biggest loss. Thanks for any help.

No

I would suggest you visit the Norton for Mac Board here: http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-for-Mac/bd-p

There are other Password Manages available, howvere notbeing a MAC user,I would have no idea if something such as Last Pass would work.

Hi paulschofield.
Given yank's negative response about printing your data you may want to look at the following link previously identified by delphinium -
http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_ty
That should allow you to export in csv form and then print from a suitable program.
Hope it works.

I just read that link, but I was under the impression that the only time COexport.exe exsisted on your system was after your subscrition ran out??
Can someone tell me if I'm out in left field?

I think that the problem is that N360 is a version behind NIS. I think the ability to print out the logins will be in N360v6 when it comes out.
If the login list is huge, you could uninstall N360v5 and install the N360v6 Beta. Since it is a beta, I would recommend downloading and installing the free version of Paragon Backup & Recovery and making an image of your system. (this is a very good thing to have anyway) The betas don't always uninstall properly. With an image you can return your system to exactly what it was before running the beta.
Hopefully, that would allow you to restore the logins in v6, print them out, and then restore the system to the original configuration. All in all, it will take up about 3 hours of your day, but it can be done.

My apologies for questioning the likes of yank, for apparently misquoting delphinium and possibly giving paulschofield too much hope.
My only excuse is that I found the link in a post in the Norton 360 forum and it had been accepted as a solution...
Maybe next time I should just go with yank. :-(
Heading for the hills....

Andmike,
No apologies necessary to me, any one can get confused with all the different versions running around and in most cases, a NIS KB would equally apply to 360 - unless that particular function was changed and then who can keep track of the date that the solution was marked and when the program change was made, etc.

yank - thanks for the understanding - I cannot even remember if I am too old for all this mind work.
However, the possibly good news for paulschofield is that I do have COexport in my Norton 360 V5.0 files.
He might like to look in the folder
C:\Program File (x86)\Norton 360\Engine\5.1.0.29\ or whatever similar seems to fit.
Alternatively he might like to just search for coExport.exe on his hard drive.
Hope it helps paulschofield. ;-)

I checked my Win 7 system that has NSS (N360 V5) on it and even exported it and printed it out (used WordPad to open it), and it was from April - when I last removed and reinstalled NSS while doing some troubleshooting. It was not current, as I have more log-ins at present.
That said, I did go ahead and run COexport, exe again, selected to save as IDSafe2 (oither one did not have a number). I then went back to it, opened it and printed it out and it had all the current ID's in it.
So I guess I really was wrong (human) afterall - but it should work out OK for Paul.
I notice he hasn't been back since he posted, so he should be set when he sees the good news!
