Norton 360

Hi guys ... I am new here and I want to ask you how to change the language in Norton 360 v5.0 Premier Edition ? Actually my Norton is English and I want to change to German, is there any way to do it ? Thanks in advance :)

Hi nana1244,

You'll need to uninstall your English version and install the German one. It is unfortunately impossible to change the product language within Norton itself.

To do this, first back up your Identity Safe data to be on the safe side:

Then download the German version of Norton 360 Premier Edition 5 from this link and save it to your desktop:

Also to be on the safe side, please write down your Norton 360 product key - you can see it in your Norton account:

http://www.mynortonaccount.com/

As a security precaution, disconnect from the internet.

Then go to Control Panel (Systemsteuerung), to Programs and Features (Programme und Funktionen) and uninstall Norton 360 - I think you'll be asked if you want to save your data, you can choose yes.

Let Norton 360 remove itself; your computer should be rebooted automatically. Then install the German version; your computer will be restarted again. After startup, the German version should automatically pick up your product key and try to activate itself - it will prompt you to connect to the internet. Do so, and run LiveUpdate immediately in order to get all the latest updates.
