I keep getting medium level security risks on my security history when I'm not even using my computer. Does anyone know what this means.

Can you please click on the More Details button on one of these items in the History, and then take a screenshot of that window and upload it here?
Or write us what's on the more details window?
Thanks.

Sorry not sure how to do a screen shot. Does this help?

Yes, it helps :).
It is nothing. Sometimes when windows eg. defragments the machine, or checks something, and this affects the norton processes, then you got these History logs. It is a simple report caused by the Norton product's own protection called Norton Tamper Protection.
You don't need to be worry, it is fully normal. :)
