This month (November 2011), I paid for my what I thought to be my yearly renewal for Norton 360. Had a hardware crash and had to do a re-install. Prior to the re-install, the PC manufacturer had installed Norton Internet Security on a trial basis. Upon doing the re-install of Norton 360 (which removed the Norton Internet Security installation first), I come to discover after entering the Norton 360 product key, that the number of days I had left on the 360 went from 340 down to 110, After reading some earlier posts, I un-installed the 360 and re-installed it again. How do I get the missing days back again? Any rational solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

Hi,
Welcome to Norton Community. Please go to your Norton account from here and check what are the Norton Products registered with your Norton Account and also check their respective Expiration dates. And let us know about it.

Acted per your instructions. According to that information, my 360 account will expire on November 4, 2012, which DOES NOT match up with the number of days left showing on my computer.
So, where do we do from here?

I can't think of any way that this disconnect could happen, unless the subscription you are looking at in your Norton Account is not in fact the one that your computer thinks it has installed. In any event, that makes the next step contacting Live Chat, who will have access to your account information and are the undisputed wizards at sorting out subscription issues, and can probably fix this in minutes!

Click the arrow button at the left hand side of the Norton360 -> you can see the Product Key -> copy the Product key and open the Norton360 click on renew paste the Product key click on the arrow and see if it does the magic. Otherwise you have to contact our chat support fo;;owing DistEd's info.
