Hi. My computer crashed, and I had to do a restore from factory settings. I re-installed Firefox 3.6.2 and Norton 360. However, the Norton toolbar won't work. The Add-Ons section tells me that it isn't compatable with this Firefox version. Before my computer crashed, it was working fine. How can I get my Norton Toolbar and Identity Card feature back if I have Vista? Thanks.

Hi disiders,
Welcome to Norton Community Forum.
Please let us know what version of N360 you are using. N360 V4 is the latest version available.
You can upgrade for free to version 4 now if you have a valid key for N360 now on your computer. You can directly download the v4 update here:
Norton 360 v4 Standard: www.norton.com/n360s_4
Norton 360 v4 Premier: www.norton.com/n360p_4
Norton 360 v4 is also available at the Norton Update Center. When you install the update, it will remove your previous Norton 360 product and apply the subscription information to Norton 360 v4.
If you want to stay with the older verion of N360 the update for supporting Firefox 3.6 is available through Live update (http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/Firefox-
Thank you.
Best regards,
Adolf

Run LiveUpdate repeatedly from Norton 360 until you receive all the available updates, and restart the computer. Check whether Norton Add-ons are available. If the problem persists, try the solution from the following thread:

I was on 3.8. I thought it was higher. I updated to 4.0, but didn't see the toolbar. Then I ran a live update as suggested, re-booted, and it worked! YAY. Thanks to all!
