I had this problem when I noticed that the downloads for my laptop and desktop computers stopped working. I was online and the phone with tech services three different times and was unable to solve it. Everyone thought it was an internet connection problem, but I was able to get on every other site. I then tried to figure out what program I might have installed on both computers to make them both refuse to download the definitions. I finally settled on FIX IT UTILITIES 11 PROFESSIONAL, When I removed this program, I started Norton 360 on each computer, and the downloads started immediately. Everything is working fine. Make sure that any FIX type program is off your computer.
