Norton 360 V5 help (firewall and xbox 360)

I recently just installed the norton 360 V5, and everything went ok but now i can no longer stream music and videos to my xbox. i tried looking through the firewall setting on norton, and i found a media extender, which i guessed was the xbox and put it to full trust, but i'm still getting nothing..any one have suggestions or have been through the same issue? any help would be greatly appreciated.
