Norton 360 - Windows 7; Action Centre reports Firewall, spyware, and anti-virus turned off

I recently uninstalled a McAfee Virus as it was only a trial.  I have another computer with Norton 360 and love it (3 subscriptions).  I installed it on my Acer NetBook and all seemed OK until the Action Centre Flag came up telling me I was not protected and Norton 360 has been turned off.  I attempt to turn it back on and it does not.  Norton 360 seems to be working, but I am confused with this flag and red X.  How do I fix this problem when my computer (Norton) says it is protected, but the Action Centre says all is off and I am not protected.  Please help as I am not a computer expert.

You do not have to worry about this. You are fully protected!

You can find the suggestions from Yogesh in the following post. Please try that.
