Yes I do have the Norton toolbar back on FF. Thanks for all the help! The 'K' may just be a 'K', but that doesn't change the fact that Kentucky sucks, lol.

Norton 360 version 9.1.9.29 does not exist.  The most recent version is 5.1.0.29
