Norton 360

I backup a lot of files to my Norton online storage but following a chat with an analyst (Via Norton), i've discovered the files i've chosen to back up are not replacing or updating the previous backup version, it's saving duplicate versions of the files. Is there any way i can get the backup to just update / replace the existing as my storage capacity cannot handle more than 1 version of every file, and also the back up takes so long every time!!

Any help / advice would be much appreciated!

Hi,

this is unfortunately how Norton 360 backup function works. It has no incremental backup function like Norton Ghost. :(
