Norton 360

Dear all,

I'm using Norton 360, I have just installed Panda Cloud Security Pro 1.3 on my PC. It looks running ok at the same time. But I would like to know if there is any confict between them. Please share me some experience if you faced it before. Thanks so much.

You should only run one realtime antivirus program.  An antivirus program must check every file that you open.  When you have two programs performing this same task on the same file at the same time, they will conflict with each other.  The result will be that neither program will operate correctly, leaving you with reduced protection, and your PC's system performance will suffer as the two competing antivirus programs each expend resources trying to overcome each other.  You might think two programs would complement each other but they do not - its more like wearing two pairs of shoes on your feet at the same time, they will not fit well together and will hurt rather than improve your walking ability.

Thanks for your recommendation, but it looks seamless running between them, until now I haven't seen any conflict yet ! Anyway, I have removed Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro 1.3 out of system.

You're welcome.  Yes even when the conflict is not outwardly apparent it is still best to remove all but one antivirus program.  If you should ever encounter malware trying to install itself on your system, the last thing you want is a tug of war between two competing  security programs.
