Hi Kamal,
Welcome to Norton Community. When did this started happening? And the file has been quarantined or removed?
And what is the Alert that comes from Norton?

The problem starting coming in September. The details are as follows:
We develop applications using vb.net 2008, in one application we are using ABC PDF print control to create PDF document for windows and web version. We inserted one control by Sautinsoft.com to convert RTF to HTML and then this HTML is inserted into PDF.

Hi Kamal,
The SONAR feature in Norton360 has quarantined the .exe we can restore it and add an exclusion for it. Click on More Details -> Options -> Restore , This will restore that file to the same location. Now goto settings-> Antivirus-> Scans and Risks -> Items to exclude from auto-protect and sonar Click Configure-> Add that .exe file , Then do the same by clicking on Items to exclude from scans. No the Exclusions were created. Try this let us know the result.

Just a word of caution--one of the most common causes of malware infestations we encounter here is folks who overrode their security software to allow a program they "knew" was safe to run, even though their security software had detected malicious activity. Good programs can get infected; as I just pointed out on another thread, they've been known to show up that way from their manufacturer, still in their shrinkwrap (although that is rare).
When you encounter something like this, you may want to submit it to Norton as a potential false positive, so it can be tested in a lab before you expose your computer and your business to that risk. Or at least download and run the free version of Malwarebytes for a "second opinion."

Hi Subash,
I know about the option. I tried that first. It does not give this option at all. Please see the attached images again.

Hi all,
I have resolved the issue as suggested by Mr. Subash. Howerver I could not restore the files as they are created at run time. I simply added these file in the exclusion list as suggested..
CSC.EXE
MSHTMLWP.exe
Thank you all
With regards
Kamal

Hi Kamal,
Right click that file goto->Norton360->Norton File Insight -> Trust Now The message shows that it was used by very few users and it is high risk, So adding user trust will make Norton360 believe it as a trusted file.Let us know about the outcome kamal.
