i ran a diagnostic report because my laptop was acting funny and it came back that i should:

you may want to configure the hardware devices

tho i have no idea how to do this help please :-(

ps when i hit fix now it seem to be something called teredo tunneling pseudo-interface that seems to have the problem and also says This device cannot start. (Code 10)

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 5.1.0.29)

Also include please which Windows OS and Servive Pack do you have.
