I'm not sure of the path, as I have NIS, but it should be similar.
If you go to My Computer>C drive>program files>Norton360>engine>18.104.22.168> and find an icon called uistub. If you double-click on that it should open N360.
Once you get to the main screen, you will also be able to get to One-click support to scan for errors.
Then you can check to see if it is working. If it is, you will need to have a look at your taskbar properties, to see if a setting was changed.
