Norton 360 keeps telling me that I need to run virus and spyware scan

Since I installed my norton 360 3.8.0.41 it keeps telling me that I need to run the virus and spyware scan even AFTER I just scan it and remove low threat cookies. Can someone please help. Sorry for crashing this thread first time poster!

Welcome to Norton Community!


Run LiveUpate from your Norton 360 repeatedly until you see the message that there is no more updates. Then restart the computer and run a Quick Scan first. Then run a Comprehensive Scan, and let us know the results.
