Did you buy N360 V 4 or V5 which was released yesterday but may not be in all the stores?
If you bought V4 don't worry you can use the KEY to activate V5 and you can download V5 from the Norton Website.
If you have installed your purchase by the time you read this and it is V4 then click on the New Version Check which should be under Support or Help, whichever your copy uses. You can then proceed to download and install V5.
If you have not yet installed what you bought and it is V4 then you can download a single file to install V5 as below:
Make sure you download the right version matching the one you bought or the KEY will not work:

Make sure you get the right version since the keys are not interchangeable. SAVE the file where you can find it -- do not run it from the download site when Windows asks what you want to do.
You can download that file on any computer and transfer it to a thumbdrive to install on another.
When it asks you to activate it you can click on Renew and enter the key there.
