Norton 360

H i all  last week I renewed my subs. to 360 premium for 2 years,

    My data usage says it was downloaded, but it did not install through the exe programe that came with it , I eventually found the file and it appearwed to install O.K. and then updated.

   But when opening the contol window for Norton it says I have only 2 days left ?

      My account page at Symantec tells me I have bought a new version but not installed it ?   I tried again today with a new download and install, the exe. file downloaded but it then only downloaded a small file then tells me it is all installed.

Hi Glynhouse,

Please try this  -  Open N360 > Support > Subscription Status. This will sync with the servers.  Let us know if this helps.... If not,  we may have to dig deeper.

Thanksn Dave,  you put me on the right screen, I had to do a bit of reading and a copy and paste.

   It looks fine now and has current update and correct expiry date, but did need to restart twice.
