Re: Norton 360 v4.1.0.32 - but no system tray icon?

Hello kinsale

The BUDump.exe seems to be a backup of your online backup storage from what I gathered from doing a Google search. If you haven't backed up anything using the online backup, then I would assume that you don't need to run that part.

Re: Norton 360 v4.1.0.32 - but no system tray icon?

Hi all,

Removal and reinstallation all done as per your guidance. All seems to be working smoothly at present - will let you know if I have any more issues!

Seriously, very many thanks for your help - very much appreciated. Product support forums are far too often nowhere near as helpful as they should be, but I have been very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the input here. Well done!

Regards,

Kinsale

Re: Norton 360 v4.1.0.32 - but no system tray icon?

Hello kinsale

I'm glad that program is working as it should be. Please check under Help & Support and make sure that you have version 4.3.0.5. If you don't have that version, please run live update until it comes thru.

If you consider your problem to have been solved, would you please click on the post which gave you the solution. This way others will know that it has been solved and will be able to find the solution quickly. Thanks.
