Norton 360

I have just upgraded to Norton360 v4

O/S Windows XP Pro

I have a major Problem with Norton 360 v4, works all right, until you restart your machine at times it will not start, also NO icon in task bar.

You have to reinstall v4 to get it to work again!!!

I have uninstall it many times, also I have used Norton removal tool!!

I have checked for Virus, None!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also very imnportant,

How can I remove all Norton entries from my computer, as it keeps finding old password info etc which are out of date when I try to reinstall????????????even after using Removal Tool 

I have asked Norton chat, they do not what the problem is??????

Norton 360 v3 worked OK

I take it I am wide open for virus's

After installing Norton 360 V4, try to run the fix tool mentioned in the following Symantec Article:
