Can anyone help. Purchased Norton360 around 3 months ago. Very happy with it, especially the ability to monitor internet useage and block sites. Although I bought the programme, it now seems that the internet management function has stopped after 3 months. Is that the case when you buy the programme, that you only get this feature for 3 months? Do I have to re subscribe already, or have I missed something? Any help much appreciated

When you say the internet management function, are you talking about your firewall or the Norton Management function?
If it is the firewall, a couple of things for you to check.
When you purchased the software, was it a 1 year supscription, or a trial version? If it was a trial, then you would have to renew if you want to keep using the product.
Log into your Norton Account and see what the subscription expiry date is.
Is the Time and Date correct on your computer?
From the main N360 interface, click on Support - Subscription Status. This will connect to the Norton subscription servers and synch your copy of 360.
