Norton 360 v6.4 Product Update question

Windows xp home edition sp3 - Norton 360 Version 20.1.1.2

Hi,

I have tried updating through live update as per the message from Tony Weiss shown below but in "About Norton" I am not seeing Version: 6.4.0.9.

I am still seeing: Version 20.1.1.2

Am I missing something or do I have a problem?

Any help or info would be appreciated

Dear Norton Community,

We are glad to announce that we have completed testing our latest inline release of Norton 360 2012 and we are ready to release the patch for English users.

To receive the update, simply run LiveUpdate and download the update. A reboot will be required.

To verify you have the update, launch the Main User Interface, click on Support, and select About. The version number of the new release for Norton 360 2012 will be 6.4.0.9.

Hi,

The problem is that the update is for the previous version of 360. You are running the current version so the update doesn't apply to your copy of 360.
