I just upgraded to 360 v6 and now Firefox 10.0.2 is saying that is Norton Toolbard and Norton Vulnerability Protection is not compatible with 10.0.2. Is a true fact? Will there be a fix? If so, when? Does anyone know of a work around or something?

Hi KellyRainey,
Welcome to Norton Community!
You need to run LiveUpdate to get the compatibility patch for Firefox 10.0. Run LiveUpdate repeatedly from Norton 360 V6 until you receive all the available updates and then restart the computer. Check if there are any more updates after restarting the computer. Then verify if the toolbar is available in Firefox 10.0.
Thanks,

This is to confirm HarryP's message. I'm running FF10.0.2 with Norton present and working as expected. Both for 360 and NIS.

Hi KellyRainey,
Norton Toolbar is definitely compatible with FF 10.0.2. There is probably little comfort in the knowledge you could have avoided this problem. I strongly recommend updating N360 Before Installing the latest Firefox. This will eliminate the issues of compatibility we see here every time Mozilla release a new version.
Thanks, Dave.
