Norton 360

A few weeks ago my norton 360 stopped optimising my disk

the error message being as follows;

''Disk optimisation error''

view details then states

'' System reserver drive: Error - Not completed''

my system is windows 7.

when i try to access defragmentation through the all programs/ accessories/tools route

nothing happens at all when i click defragmentation

please help

Hi Jonespaul8,

 Well, It seems that the Windows Defragmenter service is disabled. So i would like you turn on the service to 'manual' launch type.

To turn the services on. Type Services.msc in start search after clicking on Start. Then Search for Disk Defrag Service in the list. Once you find the service put the Startup type to Manual.
