Norton 360

Hi im having a problem where Norton 360 will not scan it just gets stuck on Starting or it says in progress with nothing happeneing.

It may be the cause of this problem.

I dont know what to do and  Sophos does not work in vista so that will not help.

Hi bicman:

We are just starting to see this one.  A lot of the programs we use are not working well.  Please download this version of Rootrepeal.

The instructions are:

Click on "Report"

Select all the boxes

Then your HD.

Then click scan

Then please attach the log for us to see using the attachment link you will find under the post button.

Not to worry.  Attach it again when done.  At least it is working.  When that is done, see if you can coerce a scan out of GMER
