Norton 360

Can anybody tell me why I can't get Norton 360 to recognize that I have used an alternate system to totally backup my computers.  Norton continues to show me that I have not done a backup.  Any help would be appreciated

Do I understand you correctly that you are using an other product for backing up your PCs?

If yes, can you tell us which product is it?

And if you do not need the backup feature, you can disable it. This is how you can do it:

Disable the backup feature

1 Start Norton 360.

2 Click Settings.

3 Under Quick Controls, uncheck Backup.

4 Click Close.
