There's a new route into a different presentation of the account information that you can try.
It uses the Norton Management Portal and you can now access this without having the Norton Management App installed on your computer.
I'm not sure what you will encounter on the way because I have the Norton Management Apps installed but if you get in you should find a TAB My Account and that should bring up information on each installation.
See if it gives you the things you want .... a bonus is that you can deactivate a Norton installation say on a crashed computer without goiing online to Norton Support ... but it may be difficullt to identify which one to deactivate unless you have installed Norton Management App on each of your computers and given them user friendly names.
