I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS I HAVE MINE SET ON AUTOMATIC BUT WHEN I RUN A DIAGNOSTIC REPORT IT TELLS ME PCTUNE UP IS DISABLED WHY IS THIS.A PROBLEM I HAD RECENTLY WAS I RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION I HAD 394 DAYS TO RUN BUT AFTER 2 WEEKS ALL MY NORTON WINDOWS WERE RED TELLING ME MY TRAIL SUBSCRIPTION HAD ENDED,I CLICK ON THE AUTO FIX BUT IT STILL COULD NOT FIX IT.I OPENED A CHAT SESSION WITH ONE OF THER AGENTS AND HE TOOK OVER WITH REMOTE ASSISTANCE AFTER 1 AND A HALF HOURS IT WAS FIXED AND MY ACCOUNT WAS UP TO DATE.THE PROBLEM I HAVE NOW IS WHENI CLICK ON MY ACCOUNT ,THEN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT IT TAKES ME ONLINE WHERE MY ACCOUNT SHOWS MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIREDAND I NEED A NEW PURCHASE KEY,I CANNOT SAVE MY PRODUCT KEY TO MY ACCOUNT,I HAVE SENT 6 EMAILS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND ALL I GET IS AN EMAIL BACK ASKING IF THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED BUT IT HAS NOT WITING TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE LAST MAIL.DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO GET MY ONLINE ACCOUNT UP TO DATE?

I apologize; I'm a bit confused about the issue you're reporting. The product itself does not show expired, but the status of your subscription on Norton Account shows that your activation has expired? Could it be that it's showing your number of activations has been exceeded instead? Any additional information you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!
