Norton Add-on Pack Parental Controls constantly prompts for a LiveUpdate

After installing the Norton Add-on Pack for Norton 360 v2 on Windows Vista and running Parental Control (and Privacy Control), the following dialog box appears every half hour or so:

Norton Add-on Pack
Parental Control is on for one or more users. You must run LiveUpdate to allow Parental Control to manage Internet access. Would you like to run LiveUpdate now?
Yes   No

Norton 360 is up-to-date, but this message appears continuously nevertheless. It also appears when logging into another computer account.

Anyone know how to stop these constant prompts to LiveUpdate? (Besides simply uninstalling the Add-on Pack.)

Thanks,

Re: Norton Add-on Pack Parental Controls constantly prompts for a LiveUpdate

Can you post a screenshot of the message?

Are you getting the message for both Windows User Accounts - Administrator and Limited?

Have you tried running LiveUpdate from all Windows User accounts?

Re: Norton Add-on Pack Parental Controls constantly prompts for a LiveUpdate

Yes, the dialog box displays regardless of whether the account is an Administrator or Standard User account:

Norton_Add_on_Pack_Dialog

LiveUpdate runs as System so it doesn't matter which user runs it. In fact, even if a user clicks "Yes," the dialog box will reappear a little while later.
