I contacted the chat and they could install the new version.

I'm still having issue in installing .net framework 4, i-tunes  and quick time,

I keep on receiving a message saying "generic trust error"

are you aware of such an issue?

Do you have  the Entrust Software installed in your Computer?

If you don't have the above Software, please check this link for a workaround.
