Trying to work - having intermittent connections issues - Upgraded my Norton from version 3.8.3.6 to version 6 - still having issues. Tried working with your live chat - but the live chat dropped "twice" - I am sending info that explains why I am contacting you - this info is from Go TO MY PC help: Enabling GoToMyPC with Norton Anti-virus Software >> If your computer is protected by Norton and you are experiencing connection issues then your firewall may be preventing a connection. To safely configure your firewall please locate your version of Norton and follow the instructions. If after following these instructions you still have Firewall related issues then Norton Support may be able to provide assistance. FYI: I was in the middle of downloading Norton remote access stuff with live chat rep (Vipin) when we lost the live chat. Here is my cell # [removed] Priscilla

Hello and Welcome to Norton Forums.
Can you try to disable the Norton Firewall and check if the Internet Connection is clean.
Right click on the Norton 360 Icon on the Task bar. Select the Option Disable Smart Firewall also select the duration as until system restart or 15 minutes. Then once done check the internet connection and let us know how it works.
