Norton 360

No matter what I do, my Norton PC Checkup always gives me the same results:

1. Performance: the system isn't running as fast as it could, and it is "fair".

2. Power Management: lowering the energy bill,

I have done all the suggestions in the link (http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=nortonlive&docurl=20090512102646EN&nl_service=d...

However, it still invariably gives me the same results.  With all I've done to it, it seems that it would be up to par by now, however, I still get the "Performance" warning.

Any ideas why I can't seem to get it up to Norton's apparent high standards for system operation?
