Norton Removal Tool for Norton360 fails every time

Hi there.

 

I have been posting for a long time, waiting for an answer. I haven't got a real answer yet.

 

I run NRT, and I get this:

I do NOT have Symantec WinFax Pro, and I don't know what to do. I closed every program.

 

What now?

Hi Bv123,

 

You will receive this error if you have Norton Safety Minder (Norton Online Family) installed.  You will need to manually uninstall this before proceeding to run the Norton Removal Tool.
