I installed Power DVD (purchased and downloaded from the Cyberlink site) and whenever it runs, it creates a .tmp file which is detected by Norton Security Suite as a Trojan virus!
Can anyone help?

Hi Sergiohm,
Welcome to Norton Community!!
Sorry for the inconvenience. Which version of Security Suite do you use? Can you provide more details regarding the detection from Norton?
Thanks,
HarryP

The details are that when Power DVD v11.0.2024.53 tries to play a bluray, it creates a temporary file and Norton thinks it is a Trojan

Can you try adding the following folder to the Scan Exclusions(AutoProtect & SONAR) in Norton Security Suite and check if the problem persists?
c:\users\sergiohm\appdata\local\temp\cyberlink
Thanks,
