Norton 360

I had to reformat my hard disk due to failure.

Now I want to reinstall my Norton 360 from my norton account.

However, whatever browser I use, I get a white blank screen when I try to access the Norton account page

So I am stuck without an option to install Norton 360, which is really the first thing I want to do when I reinstall everything on my laptop.

Any ideas what goes wrong?

You can try to download the following be sure to get the correct link.  You will probably need your product key at some point.

FWIW - I just checked and I can get to both of the links you provided in IE9.

Thanks. It must have been some hickup between my internet provider and the norton server line...
For 4 hours I got blank Norton account pages on two PC's with 3 different browsers.
Now suddenly they all work and I reinstalled 360 and it is working again as of old....
