Greetings,
Can anyone let me know when Firefox 13 will be compatible with Norton 360? (Or is there a solution now or a workaround?)
Thanks,
Rick

It already is, patch was released through live update.
Look in the 360 section for more info, one of the sticky posts in the top section will explain it.

Dave,
Great! Now functional again.
Thanks to you, and to Norton for quick action!

I've just downloaded norton 360 and norton utilities and now firefox is not working properly. I've searched Norton help for some help but Nathan the virtual helper was useless. Any suggestions? or was it just a bad mistake and a big waste of time and money spending a lot of money on Norton products

How do we get the toolbar to work with Firefox 13? Please do NOT redirect this post, just lay out the steps.
Thanks

Manually run LiveUpdate a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

Thanks guys, I have run live update countless times re-started and still no toolbar...it wasn't this much trouble last time.
I'll keep trying, thanks.

Make sure you have the toolbar enabled. Click on Tools -> Add-ons and ensure you have the Norton Toolbar and Norton Vulnerabliltiy Protection enabled.
If that is not your issue, try Yank's suggestion in the following post.

Finally, after Yanks steps...thx.
It really shouldn't be so complicated though.
