Norton has not run a backup recently?

Can anyone help me with this? The backup went to " Protected to At Risk " This never happen to the trial version.

Can anyone help me to get the backup to Protected without running a backup? I found a way to get the backup message to change and that is to disable backup. But I don't want to disable backup.

Hi, Minhil,

Because you're not protected for Backup if you haven't run a backup recently, the only way to prevent this from affecting Norton's display of your overall  system status is, as you've discovered, to disable backup. This is what I've done on my own system. Note that you can re-enable it to allow you to run a manual backup whenever you're ready to do so.

Hi,

The quick fix is to run the backup. The long term fix is to change the backup frequency to manual. This will only run a backup when you want it run.

Hope this helps
