Not Able to Access Purchased Additional Online Storage

Norton 360 reported that I had used all of my 2G online storage, so I purchased an additional 5G. I received a confirmation email. My Norton Account shows that I actually have many 5G bundles available, even though I only purchased on bundle. Whatever that issue is, the fact remains that I cannot get access to the 5G that I purchased. There is no download option, and Norton 360 doesn't recognize that the extra 5G is available. I was engaged with online chat on two occasions, the second time for 3 hours. The tech did everything that I tried, many, many times over and could not solve the problem. At first it was amusing, then it because extremely frustrating watching nothing getting accomplished. I used the Norton removal tool twice to get a fresh install of Norton 360, which was downloaded from Norton so I know it is the most current version. After the fresh install the extra 5G does not show up, and when I want to activate the online backup I am prompted for my email and password: I am then prompted that my email and password are in use by a previous installation...Duh? I cannot get Norton online backup to work at all now...

Can I get you to send me your product key(s) and Norton Account credentials in a Private Message so I can look this issue up on the backend? Please also include your full name and billing address?  Thanks.
