Please help for the following...... I get an error message when trying to start Norton 360 and it reads: C:\Program Files (86)\Norton 360\Norton360\Engine\220.127.116.11\Uistub.exe.
When trying to update to V5 I am told: You are not a Norton owner, but I have been for two years

Are you trying to upgrade through the support->Check for new version or trying to overinstall the N360v5 or trying to remove the N360v4 from the start menu/add remove?
Are you in Administrator account while uninstalling the Norton?
Can you give us the exact error you are getting?
