Not displaying one website/URL page

Hi Norton guru's,

I have a slight problem after upgrading to Norton 360 V6. The problem is it is not displaying a particular page, but this page has nothing to do with the internet. It is the broadband data usage page from my wireless modem. I need this page displayed everytime I connect to the internet so that it keeps the total amount of data usage because I have only a limited capacity. My broadband is wireless because I live in a rural area.

The URL of the page should read 3.home/index.asp, but all it comes out is Host not found. I remember during the upgrade there was a setting where there was option A,B and C??? where these options gave the choice of what internet pages is filtered by Norton and it gives the DNS settings as well. I choose B but I think if I select Callow all pages), it should solve this problem. How do I change it?

Thanks and hope to hear from anyone soon. I need to fix this because I need to update my data usage ASAP.:smileyindifferent:

Hi kesavanp,

There are a few settings that could be causing this problem. To check what part of Norton (if any) is causing this, try disabling one of the tools and see if it works. For example, in the Norton interface, go to "Settings" and uncheck the box for "Safe Surfing" then try to access the page.  If it still does not work, try disabling "Smart Firewall" and try to access the page again.

Let me know what happens.
