Hi reactivate,
Have you checked whether the option for receiving a monthy report is turned on or turned off? I am not familiar with the Norton 360 (version 3) menu since I have got NIS 2010. However, I burrowed around in the Norton 360 product manual on the Symantec website; you have to open Norton 360, and in the main window, go to Tasks. That is where you should be able to find the option to view your monthly report (and hopefully, to turn it on and turn it off).
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now ready for take-off. We would like to remind you that smoking and flaming are prohibited on all boards of this forum. We wish you an enjoyable flight with Norton Airlines.

Hi Yaso, I have checked this, for well over 2 months now I have not seen the blue icon that informs you of latest monthy update. On looking in tasks I can see it is exactly as the last time I viewed it well over 2 months. ago

If you view the Monthly report manually, does it have new information in it? Or does it just have data from 2 months ago?
No the information is as it was over two months ago.
