I've been a Norton fan long since. But the thing killing me is Norton 360's active shield. The place it needs improvement is the autoruns (it doesn't detect if a virus is in autorun of USB or DVDROM). My friend uses Avira AntiVirus and he's very happy because it detects and alerts before a virus can do something. So we need such an active shield for Norton 360 v3.
If this problem is solved, then there is no way for me to leave Norton!
Another problem is with "Parental control". It doesn't correctly stops the web, i.e it doesn't stop the webs that lie in the blocked "category".

Dear Mr. Mark Kanok,
Hello thier. My email address is (REMOVED) if you would like to contact me that way but anyways, I have a few ideas for Norton 360 3.0 that will most definitly make the program worth its price and also make us the consumers very happy in the long run.
Some of the ideas myself would like to see is an improved layout as seen in NIS2009 as well as an increase in performance overall with easy drop down menus as in NIS2009 also. I think you guys could make the program run off 256mb min and 512 mb max in which it would increase the performance of everything in the long run as it will be able to scan at ideal speeds and the consumers would be able to still surf the net or run other task without any slow down speeds. Keep in touch with me..Thanks..Rich Dolan

I also forgot to metion that some virus can and do sneak through before it is fully detected so by increasing the speeds this may take care of the problem in general.
