I am receiving an online backup alert in 360 5.0. When I click the fix button I receive the message that the online backup has been reactivated. When I press next to continue I am back in the same place on the main screen with the same message. It is a continuous loop with no resolution. On the manage backup screen, online is not an option. Before yesterday, everything was OK. I signed into the online backup with the browser and add a computer was not an option. It says I have six gigs.

I did a re-installation and am no longer stuck in the cycle. Online backuo is still not available as an option in the backup set management screen. If I log into the online backup it says I have 6 g available.
