Norton 360

I got a 30 day free trial for N360. I renewed it a week or so ago and everything was fine, this morning(14th) I got an alert saying it was out of dat so I updated it but nothing happened I did it again and got an error msg #3040, 10170027 although it also told me to go ahead and re-install it but zip as well any suggestions please????

How did you renew it? With Trials you have to buy a subscription either from Norton or by buying a retail copy and using the key.

If you just reinstalled another trial version I'm afraid Norton is too canny and knows when you do that and so blocks it, I understand.
