Out with the old in with the new

I down loaded Norton last year, my computer crashed and I lost it.

I got a second computer and tried to get the balance of that Norton account back onto my second one.

I just was going in circle, so I but Norton 360 for the second computer.

When I installed it a screen came up saying that I had a balance did I want to remove it ( so I choose to remove it .

But I am not filing my new Norton 360 as being on my computer.

Where is it or should I just uninstall all Norton and start over.

Help

What you should do is log into your Norton Account.  http://account.norton.com

Look for your current subscription, and click on the Download link beside it. This will download and install a pre activated copy of N360.

Be sure to run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

Just keep the other product key you bought until a few days before your current subscription expires. Then you can use it to renew your subscription.

When you log into your Account, make sure you have only one valid subscription showing. If you have 2 showing, come back here and we can show you how to fix that.
