Norton 360

Operating windows 7, 64bit along with Microsoft office suite which includes outlook.

Although I do not use outlook what so ever for emailing, when I walk away from my system, unlocked, on occasion I will find outlook opened and an address in it. 

Have operated Norton 360 for 2 years plus.  Have run and re run quick, full and followed Norton's if u think you have a virus scan.

nothing, zip, nada. 

Do I have a virus opening up outlook?    I did have some suspect activity with yahoo, but I changed the password, nothing now.

Which is the email address which shows up in the Outlook when it automatically starts up?

Please download Norton Power Eraser and run a Rootkit Scan:

http://www.norton.com/npe

Check if it detects any threats. If you are not sure about the files that detected as threat, don't fix it.
