This is the 2nd time in the last month that I have received this error. When I called the first time I needed to update my Norton 360 Premier. I've checked for updates and I'm up to date. I restarted my computer and it does not fix the problem either.

Welcome,
The error/warning is generated because your system has not been backed up for some period of time [I think it's about two weeks] Do you have a backup job in place and does it run on the schedule that you set?
The message will not be resolved until a backup job done.

I backup on a weekly basis. When I select fix now it automatically starts the backup on one screen and a fix now backup on another screen. The backup completes to 100%. I click close and get fix not complete on the fix now screen.

Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run Autofix to check your installation and fix what it finds.
