PC CHeckup reports zero memory

Hi,

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this but I'm hoping someone can help:

 

I have Norton 360 and when I run PC Checkup get 5 stars for Performance but it reports that Memory Capacity is 0mb and so is installed Memory, but memory in use is 36%.

 

Can someone please explain the 2 0mb results?
