Password Manager won't fill in a Norton site

Of all the sites it seems strange that passwords are not filled in for the Norton my account site. There is a popup screen for this site and no matter how I set the setting it will not fill this in. Is there anyway to edit the way a login works or a way to report the sites to Norton as other password loggers have. I have used three or four other password managers in the past and popup screen logins seem to create the most problems.
