I cannot enter to change anything if it calls for a password. I know my passwords both current and past. None of them work when trying to change a setting. If I remember right this started happening when I upgraded to the latest version of 360. How or what do I need to do be able to any settings?

If you are referring to needing to enter a password to access your Norton settings, you can reset the password by following the instructions in the following article. The password requirement is an optional setting, so once you have access to Norton, you can select whether or not to continue to use a password.
